Rebuild Your Smile with Our Advanced Restorative Dentistry Options

Our practice is dedicated to helping patients achieve a strong oral foundation for lasting smiles. Dr. Chirag Patel performs effective, advanced restorative dentistry treatments at his Frisco, TX, to preserve patients' smiles for lasting health.

Dental Implants

Photo of a dental crown being placed on a dental implantIf you are missing one or more teeth, dental implants may be the best replacement solution. These small titanium posts are embedded in the jaw bone to replace missing tooth roots, providing the very best support for dentures, crowns, and bridges. Dr. Patel provides much of the preparatory oral surgery for dental implants, including teeth extraction, bone grafting, and membrane grafting, as well as implant placement. If needed, he can also refer you to a trusted oral surgeon or periodontist for the implant surgery. Notably, he works alongside these professionals to offer the All-on-4 dental implants technique. Once you have healed, he can restore your implants to complete your smile. Many times, if appropriate planning has been taken, same-day restorations can be provided. We also offer financing to cover the cost of dental implants.

We now offer CEREC fabricated custom abutments and all-ceramic crowns made with our on-site dental technology. Call us today to find out about the details!

Dental Crowns & Bridges

If you are missing one or more teeth, a dental bridge, or partial denture, can replace them. Crowns and bridges can also attach to dental implants. Unless otherwise requested, we offer all-porcelain crowns and bridges, which are nearly indistinguishable from natural teeth. Dr. Patel also performs crown lengthening, a process of removing excess gum tissue to create a more attractive frame for your teeth. This can often complement the aesthetics of crowns and bridges.

We now offer same-day, all ceramic CEREC manufactured crowns. Call us today to find out about the details!

Dentures

We work with a trusted dental lab that produces beautiful, lifelike dentures that are virtually identical to natural teeth. We offer several types of dentures, including implant-supported dentures, which provide the highest degree of stability. We also offer traditional removable dentures, including Valplast® Flexible Partials. These restorations are extremely lightweight, and because they are metal-free, they provide a very natural appearance.

Fillings

Graphic of a tooth-colored fillingWhen you have a cavity, bacteria gradually degrades your tooth structure. If left untreated, it can eventually result in infection and tooth loss. Typically, a filling is the best way to restore a tooth following cavity treatment. Dr. Patel will numb the tooth and remove all decay before placing the filling. He typically uses BPA-free, tooth-colored composite resin fillings, which bond better with the tooth structure and look natural. Upon request, we can also provide silver amalgam fillings.

Full Mouth Reconstruction

Photo of woman smiling in the dentist chairDo you have a number of dental concerns, such as missing, broken, or decayed teeth? If so, a full mouth reconstruction may be best solution. You will first have a consultation with Dr. Patel to discuss your dental concerns and all possible treatment options. The dentist will help you create a completely customized treatment package, combining two or more procedures to restore health, functionality, and balance. Before beginning any treatment, Dr. Patel will address underlying conditions such as gum disease to ensure more effective and long-lasting results. We also offer various sedation options to make your treatment more comfortable.
